Located in an historic district in Northwest Washington, DC, the Engenium office relocation is a multi-story interior renovation to an existing converted row house providing a mix of collaborative and open office areas to support a growing engineering practice offering professional consulting services throughout the Washington, DC Metro area.

 

The scope of work included a comprehensive reconfiguration of the existing interior office layout to better support the desired open office concept to foster a culture of collaboration and dialogue.  In addition to the architectural changes, the scope included the replacement of the existing traditional ducted air systems with a more space-conscious and modern VRF system.
