Project 308 Design was founded in 2014 by Chris Penndorf, a licensed architect and educator with over 15 years of experience in the practice of design. Chris serves as the Managing Principal for the firm, overseeing client relationships, design, documentation, and execution of projects. At the root of his practice is a passion for understanding how a comprehensive design approach between architecture and allied sciences can positively affect the built environment and how designers and clients can influence the human condition.
In addition to professional practice, Chris maintains a connection to the local university community, having served as a visiting lecturer and guest critic. His investigations on design effects on the human condition rooted in the study of neuroscience have been featured at national conferences for facilities management and in webinar series presentations.
